Statement
We have pleasure to announce
it that the Seventh Congress of the Nepal Communist Party (Mashal) was held
underground from 10th to 14th March, 2007 at a remote village
of Nepal. The Congress started as the Special Congress of the NCP (Unitycenter-Mashal),
but ended as the Seventh Congress of the NCP (Mashal). |
